The Classic Fix Frame flyscreen is the ideal solution for skylights or large fixed screens.

It can be quickly constructed, with straight cuts (90o), external corner joints and visible mesh fastening tabs.

It features a grey Fiberglass mesh. Other types of mesh can be used alternatively, such as Black Fiberglass, Pet Screen, Aluminium Screen, Better View or AntiPollen.

Description

    The Double Horizontal 40 insect screen is ideal for doors with wide width, up to 300cm. It can be used with almost any type of frame, even when the shutters’ latch does not leave a lot of room (min. 2.3cm at the latches). It features a double mechanism, central closing and a Stiff Fiberglass mesh, offering excellent visibility, and high sun and water resistance. Each mesh rolls around its axis with the help of springs, and retracts inside 4cm thick cases. One leaf is fixed at the centre of the opening, with the help of 2 wedge stoppers at the top and bottom, and latches on the second leaf with a magnet or hook. In case of asymmetric leaves, the fastening position can be changed, as long as the width of the larger leaf is not more than 150cm. Two galvanised, very high-strength springs are used to rewind the screen. Speed reducers (brakes) are available as add-ons, for increased safety. A mesh lock brush can be added on the guides, for increased resistance to strong winds.

    The Free Double insect screen is a horizontally moving screen with a flat mesh and a caterpillar track. It is the ideal solution for large doors, where optimum visibility is desired. Consists of two leaves, latching at the centre with a magnet. It is easy to use, manually operated and stops in any intermediate position that we place it. It features a flat Stiff Fiberglass mesh, offering excellent visibility, and high sun and water resistance. The mesh rolls around the axis with the help of a spring. It latches closed with magnets, while the short, 5mm bottom guide plate makes it easy for persons with disability, children and seniors to pass through. There are special “hooks” to secure the mesh at the inside of the bottom track, for added resistance to wind loads. Moreover, the bottom of the mesh is doubled-welded to avoid tearing when the wind is pushing to detach it from the hooks. The leaves can be easily removed for storage or service, without the use of tools.
