Description
The Free Double insect screen is a horizontally moving screen with a flat mesh and a caterpillar track. It is the ideal solution for large doors, where optimum visibility is desired.
Consists of two leaves, latching at the centre with a magnet. It is easy to use, manually operated and stops in any intermediate position that we place it.
It features a flat Stiff Fiberglass mesh, offering excellent visibility, and high sun and water resistance. The mesh rolls around the axis with the help of a spring.
It latches closed with magnets, while the short, 5mm bottom guide plate makes it easy for persons with disability, children and seniors to pass through.
There are special “hooks” to secure the mesh at the inside of the bottom track, for added resistance to wind loads. Moreover, the bottom of the mesh is doubled-welded to avoid tearing when the wind is pushing to detach it from the hooks.
The leaves can be easily removed for storage or service, without the use of tools.
