Description
The Horizontal 40 insect screen is an ideal solution for doors. It is only 4cm thick and can fit in almost any frame, even when the shutters’ latch does not leave a lot of room (min. 2.3cm at the latches).
It features a Stiff Fiberglass mesh, offering excellent visibility, and high sun and water resistance. The mesh rolls around an axis with the help of a spring, and retracts inside a 4cm thick case.
The spring mechanism used to rewind it is made from galvanised, high-strength material. A speed reducer (brake) is available as an add-on, for increased safety, while a hinge for folding the bottom guide makes floor cleaning easy.
Easy and functional to use, the screen fastens with a magnet or hook. A wedge stopper can be used to secure the screen in intermediate positions, and a mesh lock brush can be added on the guides, for increased resistance to strong winds.
