The ZETA 23 Single insect screen is the ideal solution for any type of frame and especially large frames where space for installation is limited.
It offers easy, manual operation that requires very little force. It can be stopped in any intermediate position and latches on the terminal with a hidden hook or magnet.

It features a polyester pleated mesh and top-quality cords, providing excellent wind load resistance and resistance to everyday wear.

The short, 8mm bottom guide plate makes it easy for persons with disability, children and seniors to pass through. The bottom guide has cuts for water escape.

    The Motorised insect screen with Zip is the ideal solution for large frames, difficult-to-access frames where the screen cannot be manually operated, and for balconies, terraces, patios and pergolas. The product is made of grey Stiff Fiberglass mesh, offering excellent visibility, and high sun and water resistance. Other types of meshes can be used alternatively. The Zip system (windproof zipper) holds the mesh within the side guides, offering exceptional wind-load resistance. The second, internal guide is specifically designed to hold the Zip. It has flexible edges to absorb wind loads, giving additional strength to the mesh. The screen moves with the help of wireless or wired motors, made by well-known European manufacturers (Somfy and Nice). The galvanised axis of the motorised screen has a large, Φ78mm diameter, which offers:
    1. Rigidity, even with large widths (max. 5m)
    2. Speed, even with standard 17rpm motors, since 25cm of mesh unroll with every motor turn!

It can be used with almost any type of frame, even when the shutters’ latch does not leave a lot of room (min. 2.3cm at the latches). It features a double mechanism, central closing and a Stiff Fiberglass mesh, offering excellent visibility, and high sun and water resistance. Each mesh rolls around its axis with the help of springs, and retracts inside 3.3cm thick cases. One leaf is fixed at the centre of the opening, with the help of 2 wedge stoppers at the top and bottom, and latches on the second leaf with a magnet or hook. In case of asymmetric leaves, the fastening position can be changed, as long as the width of the larger leaf is not more than 133cm. Two galvanised, very high-strength springs are used to rewind the screen. Speed reducers (brakes) are available as add-ons, for increased safety. A mesh lock brush can be added on the guides, for increased resistance to strong winds.
